Brianna Wiest

Hello and a heartfelt welcome. My name is Andin, and I genuinely appreciate you for taking that brave, first step towards discovering your inner peace. As you wander through my page, you’ll find butterfly-themed quotations woven throughout, each carefully chosen to reflect both the spirit of my practice and the transformative journey of your own therapy.
To help you embark on this journey, I’d love to share a meaningful, butterfly-inspired poem by Aimee Schreiber, titled CHANGE.
"Change feels strange
but reveals a range
of unknown heights,
colours, and sights
that glimmer and glow
if only we grow."
Sometimes, emotions can become confusing, making it hard to understand what you are experiencing. Life’s pressures and uncertainties may weigh heavily, leaving you feeling isolated or unsure. These moments can blur your sense of direction, making it challenging to move forward.
It is completely normal to feel lost or unsettled at times. Acknowledging that it’s okay not to feel okay is an important step toward self-compassion and healing. Remember, you are not alone in these feelings, and support is available to help you navigate through them.
I am here to stand beside you and offer support, wherever you may be on your journey, with care and understanding.
Life unfolds in stages, each with its own rhythm and pace. As we journey through its ups and downs, we take many small steps, sometimes faltering, sometimes finding our way. It’s perfectly natural to feel uncertain as you try to reach your goals. Trust that the therapeutic process is here to support you, offering gentle guidance as you move towards a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. Allow yourself to be led with kindness and know that finding your happy medium is a journey you don’t have to walk alone.
As you begin to explore who you are and reconnect with your inner energy, know that you are met with understanding and encouragement every step of the way.
Your thoughts and reflections are invaluable.
I invite you to share your feedback about your experience with therapy. Your insights will help guide and improve our work together, and may also support others on their own paths. Thank you
